Placing an Order

Orders can be placed online, by email ( or by phone (212-725-9845).

Minimum Order

There is no minimum dollar order.
Following are usual quantities in packages:
Rhinestone Rondelles, Squardelles, Balls, Buckles, Buttons  - 1 gross (144 pieces)
Stones in Setting, Rosemontees, Flat Back Stones, Hot Fix Stones  - 10 gross (1,440 pieces)
Metal Rhinestone Banding  - 12 yards (one card)
Plastic Rhinestone Banding - 11 yards (one card)
Rhinestone Chain - 10, 25 or 50 yards (one spool) - depending on the size
Chaton Roses - 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10 gross depending on the size
Exact minimum quantities are shown next to each individual item. If you attempt to enter a number lower than the minimum quantity to your shopping cart, the minimum quantity will be automatically inserted.
We do not break packages. The increment is the number of units in the package. For example, bandings come 12 yards per spool, Rosemontees come 10 gross per package etc.
The increment number is shown next to each individual item (and is the same as the minimum quantity).

Pricing Information

Prices and inventory are subject to change on a regular basis. We honor published prices once your order is submitted via our shopping cart or emailed/phone order is confirmed.
Our prices do not include shipping cost. Shipping is added to the invoice when the package is sealed and weighted. USPS flat rate shipping is the most economical way of domestic  and international delivery.

Product Specification

Some slight variation in color and finish is inevitable due to technical and environmental reasons. Some production factors affecting the color shade such as humidity and temperature cannot be fully controlled. Slight variations in color therefore need to be tolerated

Water Resistance

Our Rhinestone Connectors, Rondelles, Balls, Bandings and Chains are made out of base metal. They will withstand a reasonable amount of regular atmospheric moisture. They are however not meant to be exposed to excessive amount of water and should not be submerged in it. If submerged in water, they will tarnish. Please do not submerge these products in the water.
All the glass stones (VIVA 12, MAXIMA etc.) are fully water resistant and can be submerged in water.

Insurance and Handling Fee

We charge a flat insurance and handling fee for all our packages. This charge covers packaging material and insurance from us to your door. All our packages are insured for the full value of the product.

Sales Tax Information

All sales are B2B. Please provide us with your re-sale number when placing your first order.


Orders placed before 2 PM EST which can be filled from stock ship the same day.
We ship by USPS Flat Rate unless requested otherwise. The total shipping charge will appear at the bottom of your final invoice.
Depending on your location USPS Flat Rate shipping takes between 2 and 4 business days. UPS Ground can take up to 10 days. You may consider as well UPS Ground, UPS 3-day service or UPS overnight service if you need the merchandise sooner. Please contact us if you would like faster shipping.
When your final invoice is ready and your shipment is sent, we will email you a copy of your invoice.

Back Orders

Items not shipped are NOT put on a back-order list. If you want us to back order items which are currently out of stock, please contact us and tell us so.

Production Orders

Items that are not in stock or are not offered on our website can be ordered in production. Typical delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks. We will confirm the price, minimum quantity and delivery time upon the receipt of your order. A 50% deposit is requested for all production orders.

International Customers

We accept credit cards. We also accept wire transfers. Email us for our banking information.
Your shipment will be sent via a carrier of your choice. We will not be responsible for customs duty or any other taxes in the recipient country.
Please allow for longer transit time. Both the distance and customs clearance can prolong the transit time by several days.
Please be aware that we have absolutely no control over the customs clearance process in your country. You will be responsible for providing all necessary information and paperwork to local customs authorities as well as for all fees and duties associated with customs clearance in you home country. Our delivery terms are EX WORKS NEW YORK (INCOTERMS 2010)


All returns must be authorized. Returns are accepted for a refund or in-house credit. All returns must be made within 15 days of the date of the invoice. Items must be in the original unopened packages, unused and in the original condition. PRECIOSA stones can be returned only in the original packaging with the hologram seal unbroken. When returning merchandise provide the following information:
Invoice number
List of items and quantity returned
Please include a copy of the invoice in the return package.
There are no returns accepted after 15 days of the date of the invoice. Credit will be issued only after we receive back the merchandise in our location. Sale and closeout sales are final and product cannot be returned.

Liability Disclaimer

In no event will BEAD & TRIM, Inc. Be liable to the customer for lost contracts or any special indirect, incidental or consequential damages in any way arising out of the use or inability to use the goods, nonconformance of the goods or the shipment, delay or any alleged breach, however caused, under a claim of any type or nature, based on any theory of liability (including contract, tort or warranty), even if the possibility of such damages has been communicated to BEAD & TRIM.

Lead Content - Proposition 65

Our vendors assure us that it is absolutely safe to work with and wear our products. There have been no documented cases of lead poisoning from skin contact with the products that we sell. However, please note that none of our products is intended for use by children. As well, none of our products should be swallowed.
Some of our products contain lead, a substance commonly used in both glass and metal component manufacturing. 

Customers selling our products in states where public warnings are required should familiarize themselves with the particular warning requirements of those states in order to ensure that they are not in violation of local statues. They should especially ensure that their product packaging meets all states’ disclosure requirements. We will be in no way liable for customers’ failure to meet state disclosure and labeling requirements.


Attention California Residents:

Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in crystal leaded products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Products sold by BEAD & TRIM, Inc. are not intended for use by children under the age of 15.

BEAD & TRIM is concerned about customers' privacy, safety and security. We have policies in place that ensure customer information is safe and the transaction process is secure.
We never make our customer list or any other information available to any third party. We occasionally send a discount coupon, product update or a new product introduction newsletter. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please de-register from the newsletter or contact us and we will remove you from the list.

How can I place an order?

You can either place an order online by adding items to the shopping cart and checking out. You can also email us at or call us at 212-725-9845 and place the order over the phone.


What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order. There are minimum packaging units (1 gross, 10 gross, 12 yards etc.) depending on the item. Minimum quantity is listed next to each individual item.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders received before 2PM Eastern time are shipped the same day.


Are items that are out of stock backordered?

They are not. If you wish for us to back order an item for you, please tell us so. Otherwise, we will consider your order finished once all stock items have been shipped.


Should I insure my shipment?

All shipments are automatically insured and a small insurance charge is added to the invoice.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. However, please take into account the fact that we have absolutely no control over the customs clearing process in your country. Depending on local regulations, you might have to supply customs entry documents for local authorities. We will, of course, provide you with a commercial invoice which will be based on your instructions and will be acceptable for local authorities. You will be responsible for customs clearance fees as well as duties assessed by your home country authorities.


What is your return policy?

All returns must be authorized and must be made within 15 days of date of the invoice. Please email us prior to sending the returns. Include the items and a copy of the invoice in the package. Items must be in the original packaging, unused and in the original condition. PRECIOSA stones can be returned only if the hologram seal on the package is not broken. There are no returns after 15 days of the date of the invoice. Credit will be issued the same day returned merchandise is received in our location. There are no returns of sale and/or closeout items.


Do your products contain lead?

Some of our products may contain lead. Several states have laws on their books that regulate products with lead content.


Is it safe to transfer personal information between my computer and your website?

Yes, it is. Our website is SSL encrypted and fully PCI compliant. All information transferred from your computer to our web server is encrypted using SSL protocol. 


Is my personal information secure?

We take personal information security very seriously. All your information is password protected. When you are placing your order online we do not have access to either to your website password or your credit card information. It is stored and encrypted on the servers and is not visible to us. We never share your information (name, address, email) with any third party.
